Assist with music research and all other music-related requirements
Liaise with record companies and handle all music-related queries
Accurately catalog music into the play-out system and edit appropriately for airplay
Produce and submit reports to the music manager
**Schedule all imaging and promos Requirements**:
Related qualification in music/audio production/sound engineering advantageous
Minimum three (3) years experience in music radio
Experience with music scheduling software and play-out systems
Passion for radio and music
Tech and social media savvy
Basic understanding of the commercial radio environment and radio music formats
Ability to perform well under pressure
Good planning, analytical and decision-making skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of South African, African and global music trends
Proactive self-starter
