**Description**:
Online retailer who caters to clients in the jewellery, beauty and wellness industries abroad is seeking to employ an experienced Shopify Webmaster.

The role of the Shopify Webmaster is taking ownership of managing, maintaining and developing clients’ Shopify e-commerce sites. Expertise is crucial in optimizing performance, enhancing functionality and ensuring seamless user experiences. Have the opportunity to bring new knowledge to the team and maximize the potential of the Shopify platform.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce stores
- Proven experience in SEO management
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing Shopify reports
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership, responsibility, management and maintenance of the website
- Bulk updates of website data using Matrixify
- Manage and implement SEO strategies and improve website rankings
- Generate Shopify reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate and manage outside resources effectively
- Integrate CRM, fulfilment and stock management platforms seamlessly
- Build and customize Shopify themes to align with brand identity
- Manage website content, product listings and promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal site performance
- Analyzing website analytics to identify areas of improvement and conversion optimization
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions

Skills that will be advantageous include:

- Google Analytics proficiency
- Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Liquid coding
- Excel
- Knowledge of UTM parameters for tracking campaigns
- Familiarity with GDPR, PECR and CCPA regulations
- Experience running a multi-currency Shopify Store
