Machine Minder

**RCL FOODS** is seeking for a **Machine Minder** to join our** RCL FOODS - Speciality Division**. The role is based in Centurion and incumbent will report directly to the **Shift Artisan.** The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining machines and operating processing line machinery to ensure optimum production. The individual will need to have good communication skills, have knowledge of and use of hand tools, be self-motivated and be Proactive.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Set up the machine to ensure the required quality standard product

Monitor the speed and state of the machine to ensure maximum efficiency

Be able to do schedule work and assist with breakdowns

Report any deviations from quality and food safety standards to Production,QA and Engineering Management

Highlight and pinpoint any problem areas on machinery in order for corrective or preventative action to be carried out

Adhere to the ISO 14000,18000 and 22000 standards in terms of production and machinery operation

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric/N3

A first line maintenance course of equivalent would be preferable

Strong mechanical/Electrical hands on experience (2-3years)
