Motor Industry experience (non-negotiable).
- Preferably a Dealer Principal or Franchise Executive who understands how to leverage Digital vs a person who is strong in Digital but lacking industry expertise
- The individual fulfilling this role needs to have 5-10 years senior management experience and motor industry experience is a must.
- Needs to be skilled in Negotiation, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in managing multiple teams and initiatives
- An in-depth knowledge working with OEM at a National Level.
- A broad understanding of the legislative framework relating to the motor industry.
- A good understanding of the Socio-Economic and Political landscape at macro and micro levels.
- A good relationship and network of key stakeholders that will positively impact the business i.e., customers, suppliers.
- Motor industry qualification
- Must have 5-10 years senior management experience
