Warehouse Supervisor

**Purpose of the Role**:
To manage, coordinate and execute resources, systems, and processes within the warehouse environment to ensure stock accuracy, achieve optimal efficiency and maintain customer service levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage all stock processes on SAGE and SAP WMS system as cusdotian of stock and processes (i.e. STOs, orders, replenishments, deliveries and returns, breakages, samples and poduction orders and month end processing) and to ensure compliance with company standards operating procedures.
- Manage full complement of warehouse staff.
- Manage costs within warehouse.
- Ensure compliance to the HSE regulations.
- Ordering and receiving of all stock and completing the required admin processes.
- Manage bi-annual stock take processes.
- To mainatain sound working relationships with Sales, Finance, Production, QA, Supply Chain and suppliers to facitilate optimal customer service and stock accuracy.

**Work Experience / qualifications**:

- National Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management
- 2 - 3 years retail experience.
- 5 years experience in warehouse environment
- 2 - 3 years supervisory role.

**Salary**: R380,000.00 - R410,000.00 per year
