Exclusive 5* Game Lodge situated in a Big 5 Game Reserve - Melmoth - KZN
- Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Guiding & Head Guide position in a 5 Star Establishment in Big 5 territory
- FGASA Level 2
- LEAD Trails
- DEAT registered
- ARH and Rifle proficiency
- First Aid level 1
- SAPS Competency Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License and Pr-DP
- Fit and Healthy (Vaccinated against COVID)
- Management experience (guide logistics)
- Extremely flexible and guest oriented.
- Must have a passion for the bush and love hosting guests
- A passion for nature, animals, conservation and the environment

Excellent Leader and Manager
- A passion for people and creating a holistic experience, imparting knowledge about the bush
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Stock/Equipment control
- Management experience
- Good command of the English language, written and spoken
- Vigour, able to cope under pressure
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Hands on approach
- Excellent communicator
- Sensitive to cultural issues/ patient with colleagues
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills

**Salary R 25 000 - R 30 000 including accommodation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Field Guiding FGASA 2 or 3: 5 years (preferred)
- Head Guide Big 5 Reserve: 3 years (preferred)
- Head Guide 5* Game Lodge: 3 years (preferred)
- Guest Relation: 4 years (preferred)
