**REQUIREMENTS**
- B degree (NQF level 7) in Humanities or any equivalent qualification
- Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources would be advantageous
- 7 years Human Resources experience in a transport, manufacturing or mining environment.
- Must be proficient in MS office
- Have knowledge of HR best practice
- Have good knowledge of Remuneration practices
- Must have good organisational and negotiation skills
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
- Registration with the SABPP would be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Sage 300 People would be advantageous
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
To perform the following tasks:
- Review and update the HR strategy to ensure alignment to the business strategy
- Oversee the implementation of Learning and Development within thin the company
- Support senior managers to create and maintain positive relationships with all internal stakeholders
- Guide and coach line management in the recruitment process to empower them to make effective
recruitment choices
- Design and implement an effective performance management process to entrench a high
- performance culture
- Oversee all Health and Safety initiatives
