**Role Overview**
As the Cold Kitchen CDP, you will be responsible for preparing, plating, and perfecting a variety of cold appetizers, salads, and other cold dishes. This position requires an eye for detail, consistency in quality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and dressings, according to our high standards.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to develop seasonal, visually stunning dishes.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained to the highest standards in your workstation.
- Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate records of ingredients.
- Guide and mentor junior staff members to foster a productive, team-oriented environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a similar Cold Kitchen CDP role, ideally in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality environment.
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience in cold food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation, texture, and flavor.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-energy setting.
