**MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Grade 10 / Standard 8.
- Technical qualification will be advantageous.
- Manufacturer technical experience.
- MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word etc)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the promotional printing industry.
- Agile working model experience.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the promotional printing industry.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA**- Share technical knowledge and expertise through training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
- Lead and motivate the departmental team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall quality standards in the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the department.
- Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization with Stake holders.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and best practices along with trainers and relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Drive compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act in the department.
