Telesales Consultant

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic telesales agent to join our team our dynamic company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Administration duties
- Telephonic Sales
- Customer Service
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers/sales reps internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 2 years Sales inbound and outbound experience (telephonic)

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales: 2 years (required)
- telesales: 2 years (required)
