**Job Description**:
**Eagle Health is seeking a Management and Program Analyst in Pretoria, South Africa join our team in support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).**

The Management and Program Analyst will perform the following functions:

- Support Technical Advisors and Agreement/Contracting Officer’s Representatives (AORs/CORs) to coordinate and manage project(s), including participation on the project management team.
- Review, discuss, and consult with Technical Advisors and AOR/CORs regarding the approval of work plans, budgets, and activities.
- Support Technical Advisors and AOR/CORs in providing recommendations and technical input regarding project management and implementation.
- Coordinate oversight, management, and maintenance of the program and project files. Assist AOR/COR and Technical Advisors in compiling appropriate financial documentation to ensure timely award and sub-award approvals, budget obligations, and agreement/contract modifications.
- Assist technical staff in the preparation of various program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, and waivers, ensuring that all documentation is complete and in compliance with USAID rules, regulations, and standards.
- Compile and analyze programmatic, technical, and budgetary data for the team’s project(s) and activities, and organize data for use in briefings, publications, reports, and decision making.
- Participate in relevant technical and managerial meetings for the purpose of assisting in management duties, including serving as a notetaker.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, presentations, and travel, as necessary.
- Schedule meetings, organizing a variety of internal information sharing events, preparation of PowerPoint slides, and preparing country information folders.
- Assist with general management-related activities, such as compiling information for portfolio reviews.
- Respond to miscellaneous requests and actions pertaining to portfolios within the Southern Africa Regional Health Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**: Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant field with at least three years of experience relevant to international development
- Understanding of infectious disease treatment and prevention programming, COVID-19 vaccination, and pandemic response and preparedness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully prioritizing competing tasks with shifting deadlines and multiple points of contact.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be a US citizen or have legal permission to work in the U.S.
