Shift Boilermaker

**Shift Boilermaker (Coal Fired Boilers), Pretoria, RNeg per hour + company transport (extensive travelling)**
- Grade 12
- Trade Test Boilermaker
- Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma - advantage
- Own transportation - to and from HQ
- Willing to do extensive traveling (Gauteng & Limpopo
- Willing to work shifts
- We are looking for a Boilermaker to join our team in installing, constructing and maintaining boilers. _
- A Boilermaker’s responsibilities include casting and shaping metal pieces, testing boilers and maintaining the operation of boilers to match the needs of the environment and their customers._
- Ultimately, you will assemble various parts to make sure that they work in various environments based on the needs of their customers._

- **Installing boilers** into facilities for their customers
- Build **new Boiler Panels and refurbish existing panels**:

- **Reading blueprints for location, position and dimensions**:

- Completing **maintenance documentation** as needed
- **Organize and assemble boiler parts**:

- **Shape and fabricate parts**:

- **Clean pressure vessel equipment**:

- Inspect equipment for proper functioning
- **Calorifiers**:

- **Preventative maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment**:

- **Overhaul all makes of Valves**:

- **Fabricate cladding to suit piping, boilers, tanks, vessels and air conditioning systems.**:

- **Manufacture ducting for ventilation systems
