A well-established FMCG company in the Springs area is looking for an experienced and energetic Debtors Clerk for their operations

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of credit notes
- Maintaining debtors master data and daily update of relevant spreadsheets
- Sending correspondence to customers where credit limit amendments are required
- Resolve Retail Store queries in conjunction with clerk
- Customer reconciliations
- Interact with Debtors Supervisor and communicate with relevant clients
- Assist with Debtor’s collections and allocation of payments
- Keep a record of payments due and follow up on outstanding amounts/balances
- Prepare and distribute accurate debtor statements on a weekly basis
- Processing of invoices
- Handling of account queries
- Daily sending of invoices
- Filing of all relevant documents

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma/certificate would be beneficial
- **MUST HAVE** at least 3 to 4 years Debtors experience
- Fully computer literate - MS Office
- Good Excel skills is essential
- Pastel Experience, alternatively similar accounting package experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Able to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
- Good communication and strong people skills are essential
- Salary is dependent on skillset and relevant experience
