As an American company, we are looking to expand our team by hiring talented Sales Development Representatives in South Africa to help us continue our mission of connecting top talent with our U.S.based clients.

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a fantastic opportunity to start or build a sales career in a fast-paced, exciting industry with an American company committed to professional growth. You'll engage with top U.S. companies, leveraging advanced sales technology, a proven sales process, and a steady flow of qualified leads sourced internally and externally.

Upon completing training, you will have the skills and tools necessary to succeed in this position, including a deep understanding of the architecture, engineering and the other industries we serve in the U.S., our clients' needs, and the sales process we use to drive results. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule qualified meetings with prospective clients in partnership with our Client Success Management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively secure and schedule meetings with U.S.based C-level executives across various industries we serve, fostering valuable relationships and driving business opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed meeting-setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive high show rates for scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to strategize and remove any roadblocks in the sales process.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings, training, and feedback sessions with sales leadership.
- Research and gather missing information on assigned companies and key contacts.
- Properly document all client interactions and ensure internal communication cycles are followed.
- Maintain persistence and professionalism when facing objections.
- Stay organized and manage a sales pipeline that can be efficiently observed and converted into closed deals.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated success in consistently scheduling high-quality B2B sales meetings for sales teams, driving measurable results and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Coachable and open to learning new sales processes.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Position
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Goal-oriented, with a commitment to exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the U.S. business environment or clients is beneficial but not essential.
