The IT Risk and Governance (RAG) Lead is responsible to continuously managing and assessing the IT landscape from a risk, audit and governance perspective. The role is responsible for formulating the IT governance framework for the business and for ensuring adherence and compliance to the said framework. The monitoring and reporting capabilities associated with the role are critical in positioning the IT risk, audit and governance portfolio at key risk, audit and governance committees held across Tiger. Stakeholder management across both business and IT stakeholders are key in being successful in the role.

**What will you do?**
- Define the IT risk framework and perform IT risk assessments, through the CSA (Control self assessment) processes across the business on a quarterly basis;
- Align and work with the Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management teams across the business in ensuring that IT risks are appropriately positioned and mitigated;
- Execute on IT risk reporting, through dashboards and clear key risk indicators, which clearly positions the IT risk posture across the business' environment;
- Prepare and finalize IT risk and audit submissions for the business Operational Risk (ORC) and Audit Committees (OAC) respectively;
- Facilitate and manage the IT co-ordination and engagement amongst various assurance providers (External Audit, Internal Audit, Governance Functions, independent assurance providers, etc.);
- Facilitate IT audit tracking and conduct remediation monitoring in ensuring that management commitments are upheld and / or justified when changes occur;
- Drive IT compliance monitoring across Tiger, in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance functions of Tiger
- Define IT audit dashboards on a regular basis and escalate findings which are overdue or not addressing the identified risks;
- Define the IT governance framework for the business and the related dashboard reporting
- Manage exceptions to all IT policies and put in place and manage the supporting processes
- Manage the end to end risk acceptance process and define IT risk registers for all functional areas across Tiger
- Execute on information security risk assessments and compliance reporting;
- Highlight key IT risks to the ORC and OAC committees as relevant and assist management in driving risk mitigation
- Drive awareness around the importance of IT risk, audit and governance across Tiger
- Attend and present at key risk management conferences to ensure that the business is upheld within the industry and the country at large.

**Experience**
- 8+ years experience in driving and / or leading IT risk and related portfolios
- ITIL certified
- CISM / Cobit certifications is an advantage
- Background in IT security, privacy and data management is an advantage

- %of improvements driven in the IT governance dashboard reporting
- Satisfaction expressed by the OAC and ORC committees of the business
