- To effectively contact our clients that are in arrears and to conserve their valuable cover to maintain the company’s lapse rates. To provide quality service to brokers and clients to ensure excellence quality standards are met.**Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to**
- Make certain that excellent servicing levels of requirements as in conserving the Premier platinum brokers client base.
- Make certain that administrative changes are processed timeously daily, to ensure SLA requirements are adhered to.
- Going over and above in terms of service delivery, service ratings received from our Premier Platinum brokers will contribute towards personal performance ratings.
- Making outbound Credit Control Conservation calls to note payment arrangements for conservation efforts.
- Attending to booking requests on personal calendars from clients to make a payment arrangement.
- Participating in ad hoc conservation campaigns to improve on conservations efforts.
- Explaining the value of the product and possible loses should the policy lapse. Obtain premium collection mandates.
- Strong understanding of team KPI’s.
- Arranging arrear premium collection and ensuring clients understand the reconciliation of the premiums received.
- Processing RQC cancellations to ensure no contact be made to clients once cancellation has been processed.
- Specialising in our Dollar 2 Annual Premium product offering and have strong mathematical skills to understand premium calculations.

**Education and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Matric
- 2 - 3 years of call centre experience in the financial services / insurance industry
- 1 - 2 years’ of working experience in a credit controller role

**Advantageous**:

- At least 1 years of working experience in an administrative role

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**

**Essential**:

- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate Level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Mathematical calculations.

**Advantageous**:

- Good knowledge of Compliance, Reassurance, LOA protocols of Risk
- FAIS accreditation with a minimum of 120 credits
- TCF and POPIA knowledge
