**Fry Cook Duties and Responsibilities**

Fry cooks are responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods, such as French fries, fried chicken, fish and chips, and other items.
- Operating and maintaining deep fryers and other kitchen equipment.
- Preparing and measuring ingredients for fried foods.
- Ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning equipment and washing dishes.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring that all food is cooked and stored properly.
- Assisting other kitchen staff members as needed.
- Following recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality of food.
- Helping with food preparation and presentation.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R27,58 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Helderberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
