Betfred SA, is offering learnerships to staff who are interested in obtaining the following qualification:

This is an outcome-based programme that is intended to contribute towards addressing the skills shortage in the industry.

The learnership Programme shall be presented for a period of one (1) year consisting of:

- **Theory**: +/- 30% intensive instructional learning theory which will take place at training venue provided by Betting World TBC
- **Working Training**: This is a +/- 70% workplace learning phase that shall take place in the Betting World outlets.

All learners will be required to sign a 12-month learnership agreement before training commences. Upon successful completion of the learnership programme, learners will obtain the qualification.

**Minimum Requirements | Skills | Experience | Competencies**:

- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- A doctor disability letter
- Proven proficiency in using Aardvark System
- 1+ years’ experience in Fixed Odds is an advantage **Reliable and**

Committed
- x4(four) certified copies of you ID (Original)
- **certified in Feb 2023**:

- x4(four) certified copies of your Senior Certificate - matric (original)

**certified in Feb 2023**
- x1 (one) copy of your CV
- x1 a doctor disability letter as a source of medical evidence.
