**JD Specialized Recruitment** is currently partnering with an intimate 5* Lodge in the Sabie Game Reserve, to recruit an energetic and passionate **LODGE ANCHOR & ADMIN COUPLE** to join their team.

**Lodge Anchor Experience & Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent would be beneficial.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* lodge environment.
- Sound knowledge of overall lodge FOH & BOH operations.
- Background in Food & Beverage essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable individual.
- High levels of energy and self-motivated.
- Strong Computer literacy skills and PMS/Point of Sales experience.
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sound employment history with contactable references.

**Lodge Administrative Assistant Experience & Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent would be beneficial.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* lodge environment.
- Strong Financial acumen, methodical and system orientated.
- Experience in Stock Control and administration of daily business processes.
- Highly organized and excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of integrity, ethics, and honesty.
- Sound employment history with contactable references.
