We have a remote Customer Service Agent position. This is 6 month contract with the strong possibility of becoming permanent.

This is a hybrid position, which means you need to be fully operational to work from home 90% of the time : Means you need your own laptop, and a fixed fibre line (advantageous is an inverter or other for solution for loadshedding)

We have an office based in Century City, Cape Town of which a couple of days a month the staff do need to work at the office for paper elements of the role. The number of days vary each month based on operational requirements.

The hours of work is Monday to Friday (8-4/8:30 - 4:30/9 - 5) the actual shift is planned by the business Team Leader

What is required:
At least 2-3 years successful customer service experience and good references

Your own working laptop/fixed fibre line and options i.e inverter or similar to work during loadshedding

Being able to commute and work in Century City when needed.

This position will start as a 6 month contract position with a view to permanent later on.

Salary is R6000 basic but able to earn incentives monthly (average of R2000)
