Paid Media Specialist Job Summary:
The paid media specialist is responsible for execution of Ad campaigns and other paid media activities.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Effective project management - Manage, Google, Facebook, TikTok media accounts. - Continually optimize all campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc. - Strategies and make recommendations on best channels and campaign types to clients. - Be able to represent directly with clients.

Effective administration - Compile monthly media reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign. - performance. - Time management and tracking.

Customer service and satisfaction - Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and budget. - Working with clients’ ideas and managing their expectations. - Build and maintain strong working relationships. - Being proactive on projects given and providing idea. - Attention to detail, including correct media spend, campaign objectives and cost per result.

Effective self-management - Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and - accurately maintained. - Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. - Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change. - Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and - respond to organizational needs. - Ability to work under pressure.

Minimum Qualification:
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ agency experience in digital marketing & paid media
