**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting advertisements for use on the company website and other platforms
- Arranging interviews and conducting background checks
- Building effective relationships with line managers
- Developing a good understanding of the business and insurance industry requirements for various positions
- Offering advice to clients and staff members on career progression
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques
- Preparing weekly recruitment reports and feedback to the business
- Preparing HR admin reports
- Arranging and coordinating induction training for new joiners
- Processing on-boarding and off-boarding for employees
- Drafting, distributing, and recording relevant documents
- Providing effective employee database administration
- Providing performance appraisal related to administration
- Assisting with the implementation of HR-related policies and procedures
- Assisting with employee relations
- Providing HR admin support across the PSG Insure HR team

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric and relevant Human Resources Management qualification
- Highly proficient in MS Office 365 (incl. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word)
- Minimum three (3) years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment experience in the financial services or short-term insurance industry advantageous
- Minimum one (1) year HR admin experience
