**Qualifications**:
- A Grade 12 qualification-
- Retail cellular experience (essential)
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of a variety of mobile products
- Ability to work flexible hours in the ever-changing retail environment
- A customer-centric attitude and approach
- A passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment
- Be computer literate
- Have a preference to with work admin
- The ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
