**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels, both online and offline.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials, writing copy, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience trends, preferences, and competitors' activities to help inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
- Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and hotel teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support the CEO: Hotels Division in budget management, tracking expenses, and ensuring marketing activities align with allocated funds.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 (three) years previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and content marketing strategies.
- Basic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and derive insights from marketing data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
