Our Client in the private frailcare industry is seeking a competent Chief Professional Nurse to join their team in Delmas, Mpumalanga.
**Requirements**:
- SANC diploma or a degree in general nursing
- Registered at SANC as professional nurse
- Prepared to do further studies and in
- service training should this be required
**Duties**:
- Render nursing care within the framework of the scope of practice: Regulation 2598 of the Nursing Act, No. 50 of 1978
- Take charge of the nursing department of the home
- Financial management within the nursing department, with effective use of equipment and resources
- Management of staff
- Plan and co
- ordinate work procedures
- Control through functional management
