Our client in Newlands is looking for a branch administrator with 3 years financial experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist customers with orders and issue invoices for payments received
2. Retrieve returns on delivery notes and issue credit notes where applicable
3. Process customer refunds and provide all the information to the debtor’s controller for completion
4. Handle all support queries relating to invoices, statements, credit notes, Proof of Payments, Proof of Delivery and liaise with clients as well as staff
5. Answer all incoming internal and external calls for the Accounts
department
6. Monitor and manage generated reports on SAP
7. Perform bank recons by printing statements, loading payments onto SAP and reconcile once complete
8. Ensure that the reconciliations done on SAP as well as matching reflects the correct payments on the invoices
9. Print the invoices and provide this to the dispatch team to pick the stock for all shipments that need to go out
10. Keep track of all purchases done via credit cards
11. Reconcile payments or purchases related to the company vehicle as well as the petrol logbooks
12. Ensure petty cash and bank deposits are well managed and reconciled
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
