As we are expanding our footprint in the Mining and other industrial industries in Africa, we are looking for a **Systems Integration Consultant** to support local teams in delivering our MOM solution to customers in the region. Detail on our MOM solution can be found here

The Systems Integration (SI) Consultant is responsible for accompanying our customers in their digital manufacturing transformation. The SI Consultant stands by our customers all along the way of their digitization program, from the gathering of requirements to the deployment of the solutions. This includes participation in functional orientation of the solutions, detailed specification of solutions, configuration and customization of the system, support to development/validation teams during implementation phase, training of key users and support to on-site key users.

This role reports to the Consulting Team Lead and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

**What you will do**
- Become familiar with clients’ manufacturing processes and learn standard process steps of the mining industry
- Build partnerships at a functional level with client counterparts
- Work under the supervision and assignment of a program lead or senior functional lead
- Define and analyze functional requirements through client interviews and develop detailed designs that meet process/functional requirements
- Participate in the design of client’s processes
- Perform detailed process analysis and functional system/process design and configuration activities
- Rigorously adhere to client and internal quality methodologies and procedures
- Frequently interact with peers and customers to gain cooperation from others. Build productive internal/external working relationships.
- Work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions regarding Industrial Information System
- Develop solutions to enhance our customers’ data-driven decision-making capability, our systems will add value to our customer’s business by enhancing their ability to make the right decisions at the right time on the right level.
