IT Technician

We're seeking a skilled Desktop Technician to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**

Be the go-to expert for resolving desktop-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for our clients.
- Set up workstations and necessary peripheral devices.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance of hardware and software installations.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Assist users remotely and on site.
- Ensure that the client does not have any issues. If any issues are found. This needs to be logged on the ticketing system.

**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Understanding of Windows and Apple operating systems
- Understanding of Android and IOS operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

License/Certification:

- drives license and your own car (required)
