**Junior Draughtsperson**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create technical drawings and plans within provided specifications
- Draft structural drawings and new and existing restaurant layouts
- Adhere to stipulations provided for technical drawings and building layouts
- Use necessary technology to produce drawings
- Communicate with management
- Provide input and participate in drawings/plans discussions
- Participate in correspondence process with external service providers and collation of required documents
- Assist colleagues and management with drawings and plans when required
- Assist with compliance requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-year draughtsperson qualification

**Minimum Working Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years performing similar functions

**Technical Competencies/Knowledge**:

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Revit (non-negotiable)
- AutoCAD (optional)
