Short-Term Rental Portfolio Agent

We are a well-established international real estate firm looking for a Short-Term Rental Portfolio Agent to join our team. As a Short-Term Rental Portfolio Agent, you will be responsible for managing our short-term rental properties and ensuring that they are performing to their highest potential. We have an existing portfolio of approximately 150 short term properties which we would like to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage our short-term rental portfolio and ensure they are performing to their highest potential.
Maintain and improve our properties' online presence and ensure they are fully marketed on relevant channels.
Build relationships with landlords and booking agents to maximize occupancy.
Respond to inquiries from potential guests and provide prompt, friendly and professional service.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Social media savvy.
Well-spoken.
Previous real estate or hospitality experience would be an advantage.
