- Operate tractors for various vineyard tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist with vineyard maintenance and other farm tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating tractors and spraying equipment, preferably in a vineyard or agricultural setting.
- Knowledge of vineyard operations and pest management practices.
- Valid driver’s license: a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with modern vineyard machinery and technology.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Understanding of vineyard crop cycles and seasonal needs.
