**Responsibilities**:
As the Indoor Padel Court Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting regular inspections of the indoor padel courts and the entire facility to ensure they meet our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive facility maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment, amenities, and areas are properly maintained and in optimal condition.
- Planning and organizing staff rosters in advance to ensure efficient coverage during peak hours and events.
- Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, ensuring it remains tidy and well-stocked at all times.
- Addressing any issues related to staff performance, systems, or facility maintenance promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and improve procedures for resolving issues and enhancing customer experiences.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Conducting regular training sessions for staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about facility operations, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Upholding and promoting a positive and professional work environment among the facility staff.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in facility management, preferably in a sports or recreation setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage inspections, staff schedules, and facility maintenance effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and external partners.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of padel rules, court maintenance, and equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software for scheduling and communication purposes.
