Junior Costing

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Prepare costings and quotations on computer system based on information provided by Project Managers
- Understand and interpret technical drawings
- Compile and submit tenders
- Ensure quotation turn around are swift and quotations are sent out within 24-48hrs
- Implement and maintain standard price lists for ongoing key account customers
- Escalate quotation queries to costing manager in order to resolve timeously and effectively
- Help to complete works orders and prepare for submission to factory
- Assist to manage subcontractors on buyout jobs
- Assist buyer with queries
- Managing spreadsheets
- Filing
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards

**DUTIES**
- Matric
- Technically minded
- Minimum one - two years experience in an estimation capacity
- Dealing with Steel, Aluminium, Signage etc
- Independent thinker
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Problem solving skills
- Results driven
