LAWYER - RUSSIAN SPEAKING NEEDED - STELLENBOSCH

SALARY: HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE

Top Group Company has an outstanding opportunity available for a Russian speaking, qualified lawyer to ensure corporate governance, legal and compliance in respect of various entities, some with Russian interests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education : Law degree
- Experience: At least 7 years experience in the fields described below resposibilities.
- Language: Fluent in English and Russian
- Advantageous:

- Management skills and experience (people, projects and finance)
- Working with entities abroad and specifically offshaore and Russian entities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fulfil legal functions in respect of the various entities which covers all legal matters pertaining to the day-to-day functioning
- Perform various coordination, administration, support and management activities
- Ensure corporate governance, compliance and secretarial administration of various entities
- Report to and advise trustees and shareholders in respect of the activities of the various entities
- Convene board meetings which includes preparation of the meeting pack, compiling of action items, resolution thereof and minuting of meetings
