**Job Description**:

- The Information Management Systems Manager Assurance will be accountable for ensuring IM Services are delivered effectively and in accordance with the IM Governance model as well as supporting the overarching IM strategy.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for ensuring a best practice framework for supplier selection, evaluation and management is followed.
- Responsible for negotiating and establishing effective supplier contracts and service level agreements.
- Responsible for building effective relationships, including partnerships with suppliers.
- Ensure effective Supplier Service Level Management through effective Service Reporting, regular performance reviews and escalation management.
- Ensure functional compliance for risk and audit management.
- Ensure effective software asset management and license compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to the overarching IM governance framework and integration and alignment with other frameworks: project management, corporate risk, supply chain/procurement.
- Partake in setting and then manages the relevant operating budgets whilst continuously searching for cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure that Global IM policies, standards and principles are applied within the sphere of control.
- Qualifications
- A degree or National Diploma (Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Qualifications in business, contracts or process reengineering will be an advantage.

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Proven IM experience managing IT delivery teams.
- Supply chain management knowledge and experience.
