Successful audit and accounting firm based near Fourways, has an opening for an Article Clerk who is keen to study towards the SAIPA qualification.

You will work closely with the senior accountants on a range of work including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statement and other financial reports. You will also be involved in audits, bookkeeping, tax compliance and tax returns.

There will be plenty of client interaction, so you should have good interpersonal and communication skills. The client base is such that you will need to be bi-lingual in English and Afrikaans.

You need to have a completed degree in accounting and have an ambition to be a qualified accountant. As this is a training contract previous work experience is not essential. You must be able to prove full academic transcripts, references and as this is a financial job there will be background checks.

As you will be visiting clients you will need your own vehicle.
