Degree / Diploma in Management / Finance / Tourism
**_ Experience_**
At least 10 years’ experience in senior Lodge/Game reserve management positions
Strong F & B background would be highly advantageous
Highly guest centric
Excellent understanding of 4* standards and service
Excellent staff relation skills
Above average management skills
Public relations experience
Labour relations experience
Training skills
