**Letsitele Area - Limpopo**: Our client is looking for a Quality Compliance Coordinator to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Plant Production Diploma or any equivalent qualification
- 3 - 5 Years’ experience in Quality and Compliance environment
- Packhouse background (Advantageous)

**KEY RESULT AREAS**
- Responsible for implementation of all Food safety and Health & safety standards
- Implement and maintain all standards (Export, DAFF, CRI, BRC, TESCO, FFF,GMP etc)
- Manage the scheduling of, and communication with BRC, SIZA, GMP, TESCO and FFF certification bodies to ensure continuous certifications
- Ensure employees are properly inducted and key personnel are properly certified
- Ensure MRL samples are taken, analyse the results and communicated to Management
- Lead external audits Food safety and ethical audit
- Do unannounced internal audits & walk abouts
- Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures
- Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Food safety team
- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies
- Ensure all quality equipment’s are calibrated (scales, Thermometer, etc)
- Ensure that fruits are packed according to customer specification
- Ensure fruits are inspected, analysed, and tested (communicate the report to management & relevant people)
- Communicate all the phytosanitary defects identified to all relevant people
- Ensure to accurately check the faulty pallets which are included on the he invoices and flag them accordingly
- Developing a plan of action to correct any identified deficiencies in quality control
- Recommending changes to processes or procedures that could affect product quality in a negative way
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Management
