Our client is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to take over the wards within their +-200 bedded private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal that have a great nursing team to provide top quality maternal, paediatric, and neonatal care
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
- B.Cur/Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery
- Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Administration
- Registered with SANC
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Unit Manager
- Experience in Maternity, Paediatrics, NICU & Nursery unit will be advantageous
- Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data
