Property Receptionist and Administrator

Minimum Requirements:

- **2+ years’ experience within the Property Sector** - either in rental / sales / development
- 4+ years’ Receptionist or Front of Office experience
- Matriculation + further tertiary studies highly beneficial

R12 000 basic negotiable and dependent on experience

Responsibilities will include:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the correct department
- Provide basic and accurate information to inquiries
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office / person
- Ensure proficient housekeeping of the reception area
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the offices
- Ordering of office supplies and ensure efficient inventory of stock
- Updating of calendars and schedule meetings for the boardrooms
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- General filing and photocopying
