- BSc or Diploma in IT or any other related Qualification
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally used to resolving problems sitting w
- Confidence in addressing break/fix issues - Typically supporting PCs, Printers and MFP
- Strong break / fix skills: Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks, Laptops and Printers, Networks

**Your Tasks**:

- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in computer hardware and software
- Providing general desktop support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
- Installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners etc.
- Providing smart hand support for Server and network devices
- Lease Management - Monitoring Leasing Devices
