Must have good front of house management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Participating in the day to day running of the shop
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Performing other related duties as required by the Store
- Cash Management - Accurately handling cash and related financial duties
- Order processing
- Maintaining Good Customer service
- Operating the till if and when required

Staffing:

- Managing staff
- Supervising, coaching and training of staff

Stock management
- Ordering, receiving and controlling of stock
- Stock control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
