We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us manage

all customer retention activities to retain our core customer base

**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication Skills

Computer Skills (Ms Office, Excel and E-mail)

**Must be Fluent in Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho**

Ability to work independently and show initiative.

Must be based in Pietermaritzburg

Insurance experience is an advantage.

Basic Salary and commission.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
