**Responsibilities**:

- Compile mill grist & controlled product quality parameters and compile milling and packaging plan.
- Control wheat intake & milling processes.
- Control raw material & finished stock levels & rotation.
- Optimize people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment.
- Ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management and manage team.

Qualifications:

- NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification
- Trade Test certificate for Wheat Milling
- Minimum of 4 years experience
