Sales Representative
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organisation’s product/services.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations and current prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of exciting and prospective customers values to the organization.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Follow up on all quotes generated weekly-report to be given to Proposals manager to collate in ERP.
- Maintaining customer relations by regular communication and reporting on on-going projects.
- Corresponding with suppliers with regards to quotation, follow-ups and technical assistance queries.
- Determining company Sales target markets and products with Directors & proposals manager.
- Focusing on the development of new market segments and obtaining new customers
- Management will instruct the number of new clients to obtain.
- Compiling customer expectations, satisfaction - and sales reports on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Assist in tender & all related quotations documents when compiling price & tender submission.
- Ensuring delivery dates are met by micromanaging production & assisting in related tasks if required.
- Input detail regarding sales call & next appointments on ERP
- Maintaining customer details on ERP with administrator
- Dynamic strategies to be put in place to ensure targets are met.
- Assist in feasibility studies in targeting new areas & products.
- The ability to take out Billable Material from Technical drawing and cost on them

Required worked Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working Experience in Engineering Field

**Required Skills**:

- The ability to read and Understand Technical drawings
- The ability to Use Microsoft Office package
- Own Vehicle with Valid License
- Occupational Medical

Education

Matric certificate

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Rand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
