Personal Assistant

**Description**:
Euro Bath & Tile is looking for a professional, energetic **Personal Assistant** to join our ever-growing Team, you will report directly to our Managing Directors at our Head Office in Trichardt.

Here at Euro Bath & Tile we specialise in selling imported Tiles, Taps and Sanitaryware, with branches in Centurion, Edenvale and Trichardt.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal assistance to the Directors.
- Schedule meetings, manage diaries and appointments, daily activities, and more.
- Overall business administration tasks.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other business tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for phone calls and clients.
- Answering phone calls

In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a genuine desire to develop your skills overtime and grow in the import industry.

**Education and Preferred Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 3 years in a personal assistant role
- Microsoft Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Personal Assistant Certification will be an added advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trichardt, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's Licence (required)
