Key Performance Indicators:
Office 365/Google Workspace Admin
- Configure Office 365 Suite/Google Workspace for Clients online and Desktop Application
- Migration of Clients from Webmail, Exchange or PST to Office 365/Google Workspace
- Building MS SharePoint and Google File Stream
- Website Registration and DNS Records Configuration
- Training clients on Office 365 and Google Workspace

ICT Support
- Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base
- Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries, or complaints.
- You will be troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of SME IT systems
- You will have a ‘hands-on’ problem-solving approach, solving problems within strict SLA timeframes.
- Hardware, software, desktop, network, and infrastructure support
- Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
- Ensuring SLAs are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time fix.
- Application troubleshooting
- Must be able to work with Mikrotik
- Must be able to work with Ubiquity Equipment
- Must be able to work with VOIP Telephony
- ISP Support Experience and Networking Experience
- General Networking Support
- Wireless Network Management and Support
- IP Routing, BGP, OSPF
- Firewalls
- PPPOE
- IP Management
- Experience using ticketing Systems
- Repairing: Inkjet, Dot-matrix, thermal and Laser printers

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or certificate in Information Technology
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the IT sector
- Experience in training on various tech platforms would be advantageous
- Patience and ability to train and support clients with a wide range of technical competencies
- Experience in cloud platforms would advantageous
- Being comfortable with technology - including software and databases
- Drivers license
