Waiter/bartender

**Job Title: Waitstaff/Bartender**

**Location: The Cove Restaurant and Bar at The Ocean Breeze Hotel**

**The Cove Restaurant and Bar** is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly experienced individual to join our team as a Waitstaff/Bartender. We are located in the heart of Strand, beneath the elegant Ocean Breeze Hotel, and have built a reputation for our fantastic service, vibrant atmosphere, and delicious cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner.

2. Taking food and drink orders, and delivering them quickly and efficiently.

3. Operating the bar, including mixing and serving alcoholic beverages.

4. Handling cash transactions and processing payments.

5. Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a great dining experience.

6. Upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards within the restaurant and bar area.

**Requirements**:
1. Must be at least 21 years old.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.

6. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

7. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
