- Biometrics configuration and setup.
- Good knowledge and experience on OMNI channel.
- Setup an Infrastructure architecture with security controls to achieve a functional workforce operating at full productivity.
- Achieve business continuity 24X7 by managing connectivity issues and ensure no service loss.
- Ensure high quality service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Implement IT framework across support structures enabling quick TAT and exceptional customer experience.
- Support proposal teams in estimating the appropriate IT infrastructure setup for Call centre and Data centre.
- Experience in establishing / managing 24/7 call centre solution setup is a must.

**Qualifications**:

- IT qualification is beneficial.
- 5 8 years experience in the same or a similar role.
