Overall Job Purpose:
Key Accountabilities:

- Lead, prepare for, and actively participate in QA and Design Authority activities, as well as other relevant bodies.
- Analyze and interpret the current TM1 Budgeting and Planning solution, migrate models to the new SAP SAC platform, and align SAP S/4 Finance functions.
- Act as a liaison between the business and SI project teams, facilitating communication and understanding.
- Support business teams in migrating planning and budgeting models from legacy systems to new SAP solutions.
- Ensure high-quality design, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Ensure that modeling rationale aligns with SAP S/4 landscape outputs.
- Identify and escalate issues and risks, taking ownership of mitigating actions.
- Validate, socialize, and gain buy-in for business processes in a Greenfields SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Manage business impacts on the project and work with relevant teams to ensure adoption and positive business outcomes.
- Define archiving requirements and integrate them into a holistic archiving approach for legacy and SAP solutions.
- Understand end-to-end processes and identify gaps between standard SAP and critical business processes, addressing integration requirements with third-party systems.
- Document business readiness content that links current business modeling to the SAC Budgeting and Planning landscape.

System Processes:

- Collaborate with SI partners to design technical solutions that meet business system requirements.
- Identify and implement processes to comply with internal and external audit requirements.
- Manage 3rd party requirements and facilitate technical design and integration into the SAP S/4 Core Business solution.
- Identify reporting requirements and specifications, ensuring SAP meets stakeholder needs.
- Ensure data extracts from legacy systems align with data enrichment templates, working with the Data Lead.
- Verify data completeness in load templates and establish validation reports in collaboration with business leads.
- Define and validate roles for processes in collaboration with Authorization, Fiori, Functional, and Change Teams.
- Sign off on project solution documents, including blueprint design, functional and technical design specifications, test plans, test scripts, training materials, and cut-over plans.
- Ensure Integration and UAT Test scenarios are complete, testing is finalized, and defects are addressed.
- Ensure training materials meet quality standards and provide necessary training and coaching.

Change Management:

- Support Business Functional Leads and Project Change Management Team with change management activities.
- Provide input for impact assessments related to system changes and solution replacements.
- Equip business leads with relevant information and knowledge to support business readiness and manage go-live activities.

Quality Management:

- Execute and own Unit and Integration testing of the system.
- Validate testing results from SI partner.
- Provide test data for Integration scripts.
- Contribute to audit controls for system migration and go-live.

Qualifications And Experience
- Commerce Diploma or degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Budgeting and Planning implementations or support, or equivalent system-based Budgeting and Planning modeling.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Solman.
- Knowledge and experience of FICO, COPA, Budgeting and Planning, and Group Reporting.
- Understanding of project development lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience in testing a fully integrated solution in an SAP project.
